Due to the nature of digital products (Proxies/Keys), all sales & deposits are final. Once a key has been revealed or delivered to your dashboard, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Once you deposit money into your wallet, it can only be used to make purchases on the site, no refund/withdrawal of wallet balance.
Exceptions: If a key is proven to be non-functional (dead on arrival) within 1 hour of purchase, please open a Support Ticket. Our system will verify the key's usage logs. If confirmed dead, a replacement key will be issued immediately.
